Regarding payments:
- Payment must be made in full or via approved monthly instalments

- All prices are in GBP and include Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) where applicable
8. Cancellation
Your Cancellation Rights:
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period from policy start or document receipt
- Within cooling-off: Full refund less any days of cover used
- After cooling-off: Pro-rata refund less administration fee (typically £50)
- No refund if a claim has been made or is pending
Our Cancellation Rights: We may cancel your policy by giving 7 days' written notice for reasons including non-payment, fraud, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with policy terms.
9. Claims
When making a claim:
- Notify us as soon as reasonably possible
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate fully with our claims investigation
- Do not admit liability without our consent
- Take reasonable steps to minimise loss or damage
